Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of NoCodeBros websites, SaaS products, web apps, APIs, mobile apps, support services, beta features, and related digital services.

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using NoCodeBros services, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific terms, order forms, data processing agreements, acceptable use rules, or subscription terms that apply. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and administration

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. Enterprise administrators may control workspaces, manage users, configure integrations, access logs, and remove or export content as permitted by their agreement and product settings.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and taxes

Paid services are billed according to the applicable order, plan, app store terms, or checkout flow. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. You are responsible for taxes, payment information, renewal settings, and charges incurred by your account or workspace.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the services to:

  • Violate law, third-party rights, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or contractual duties.
  • Upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or malicious content.
  • Interfere with service integrity, security, availability, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, benchmark, resell, or exploit the services except as expressly allowed.
  • Transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, or test vulnerabilities without written permission.
  • Use outputs or automations for high-risk decisions without appropriate human review and legal compliance.

5. Customer content and data rights

You retain ownership of content you submit to the services. You grant NoCodeBros the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, and support that content to provide the services and comply with law. You represent that you have all rights, notices, permissions, and legal bases required to submit and process the content through the services.

6. Intellectual property

NoCodeBros and its licensors retain all rights in the services, software, designs, documentation, trademarks, APIs, workflows, templates, and platform technology. Except for rights expressly granted, no license or ownership interest is transferred. Feedback may be used by NoCodeBros without restriction or obligation.

7. Third-party services and integrations

The services may connect to third-party platforms, app stores, payment processors, AI providers, hosting vendors, analytics tools, or customer-selected integrations. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. You authorize us to exchange information with enabled integrations as necessary to provide the requested functionality.

8. Beta features and changes

We may offer previews, trials, experiments, or beta features that are provided as-is, may change or end at any time, and may be subject to additional restrictions. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services where needed for security, compliance, maintenance, business operations, or product improvement.

9. Warranties and disclaimers

The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis except where a written agreement states otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoCodeBros disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoCodeBros will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption. NoCodeBros aggregate liability for claims relating to the services will not exceed the amounts paid to NoCodeBros for the affected service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if no amounts were paid.

11. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NoCodeBros from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay fees, or use the services in a way that may harm NoCodeBros, users, or third parties. You may stop using the services at any time, subject to subscription commitments and data export or deletion limits in the applicable service.

13. Governing law and disputes

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Hong Kong will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except that either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.
